Not impressed by the juice or the price of it. I understand it's fresh made but for $9.30 it should be cold pressed and taste better. Friendly staff though.
You never really know what your gonna get here. When things are ran as it should, its great. When things are wishy washy and the workers want off early, things are bummer..
very inconsistent. It's interesting how it seems the workers own the place and choose the hours of when they are going to have the kitchen open or not. I've had many different answers throughout the week. They have good enough food to become a regular. Lots of potential but it's not taken.
My family was in from out of town and stopped in to Blue Star Cafe. The breakfast sandwich, the Green juice, the pineapple drink... all were delicious and tasted vey fresh! The sweet girls working were very helpful and attentive. I really liked the atmosphere of this little cafe. I'd most definitely recommend it and will be back next time I'm in town!
The drinks are incredibly overpriced. I didn't bother to check the prices prior to ordering because I didn't think 16-24 oz juices would cost so much. We ordered four drinks, one of them was a small apple juice for my two-year old--the total was $36, not including tip. I realize these are freshly juiced drinks, but wow! For the price I was expecting a flavor explosion in my mouth, but truthfully, the drinks were bland. My daughter who typically loves smoothies and juices took one sip and couldn't drink anymore.
I visited for the first time last weekend--I was not overly impressed. I gave two stars because of the ambiance.
my friends and i come in all the time and love the southwest bagel but the customer service definitely could be improved a lot. workers are pretty rude and painfully slow
In addition to the high prices, the service we received was sub-par. After ordering we waited almost 25 minutes for our drinks. Initially there were two employees behind the counter, after we ordered one of them disappeared, leaving the other to make our drinks and tend to the other 3-4 guests that came in shortly after us. In fairness to the length of time it took to make our drinks, the other employee sure chose an awful time to leave.
